How we accept orders for February 14th:
Dear Customers, due to the high volume of orders, deliveries will be made exclusively within the specified time slots.
7:00 AM - 12:00 PM – double delivery fee
12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
6:00 PM - 11:00 PM – double delivery fee
Longer distances or special requests are arranged individually.
Delivery is available 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Same-day delivery is possible if the order is placed and confirmed by 6:00 PM.
09:00-11:00: double delivery fee
11:00-15:00
15:00-20:00
20:00-22:00: double delivery fee

Dostawa dalej od Strefy 2 – negocjowana indywidualnie z administratorem.

Savva Flowers is not responsible in such cases as:
- the recipient is not at the specified delivery address;
- the recipient refused to accept the order;
- the recipient did not appear within the specified delivery time.
In such cases, your order is returned to the store at Batalionu AK Bałtyk 9, lok. U4, 00-712 Warszawa. You have the option to pick up your order within 24 hours of the failed delivery. We can carry out repeated delivery in case of additional payment for the courier's departure. If you refuse to re-deliver and do not pick up the order within 24 hours after the sale, the costs are not refundable, since the company has incurred all costs.
Also, it is possible, with the consent of the recipient, to leave the parcel by courier: guarding the house, with neighbors or at the door of the apartment. In this case, Savva Flowers is not responsible if the parcel is lost or something happens to it.
