The administrator of personal data processed in connection with the implementation of the provisions of these rules is the Service Provider. Personal data is processed for the purposes, to the extent and on the basis of the principles set out in the privacy policy published on the website of the online store. Providing personal information is voluntary. Each person whose personal data is processed by the service provider has the right to check their content, as well as the right to update and correct them.

DEFINITIONS:

TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONCLUSION OF SALE AGREEMENTS

The conclusion of the contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller occurs after the Buyer has placed an order using the order form in the online store in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Regulations.

The price of the goods indicated on the website of the online store is indicated in Polish zlotys and includes taxes. To reduce the price, taking into account taxes on the product that is the subject of the order, as well as the cost of delivery (including the costs of transport, delivery and postal services) and other costs, as well as the cost of delivery on the website of the Online Store when placing an order, including the desire to be bound by the contract of sale at the time of sale to the buyer.

The procedure for concluding a sales contract in the online store using the order form

The conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller occurs after the Buyer has placed an Order in the online store in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Regulations.

After placing the Order, the Seller immediately accepts his receipt and accepts orders for execution. Confirmation of the order and its acceptance for the implementation of the price by the Seller by sending the Buyer an appropriate e-mail to the buyer's address specified when placing the order, which contains at least the Seller's statements about the order and its acceptance for sale and confirmation of the Sales price. As soon as the buyer receives the last e-mail, a contract of sale is concluded between the buyer and the seller.

The content of the concluded sales contract is recorded, protected and made available to the buyer by posting these provisions on the website of the online store and sending an e-mail to the buyer.

METHODS AND TIME OF PAYMENT FOR THE ORDER

The Service Provider provides the Service Receiver with payment methods in accordance with the sales contract:

-Payment by bank transfer to the bank account of the Service Provider.

-Cash payment upon pickup from the store

-Electronic payments through the website PayU.pl – possible current payment methods are indicated on the website of the online store.

Settlements for transactions with electronic payments and payment cards are carried out at the option of the Client through the website PayU.pl. The service of electronic payments and payment cards is provided by:

DELIVERY METHODS AND DATE OF ORDER RECEIVING

Delivery of goods to the buyer is paid, unless otherwise provided by the contract of sale. The cost of delivery of the goods (including the costs of transportation, delivery and postal services) is indicated to the Customer on the website of the Online Store on the information tab on shipping costs and when placing an order, including when the customer expresses his desire to be bound by the contract of sale.

The seller provides the buyer with the following methods of delivery or receipt of goods:

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

The information provided will greatly facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider.

Consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider occurs immediately, no later than within 24 hours from the date of conclusion of the contract. If the Service Provider is unable to complete the order due to its own fault, it will refund the full cost of the order to the customer. If the Service Receiver refuses to accept the parcel, the Service Provider is not at fault and the order is considered completed.

The Service Provider's response to the complaint is sent to the Customer's e-mail address specified in the complaint, or in another way specified by the Customer.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
