GENERAL TERMS

The site https://savvaflowers.pl/ operates on the terms set out in the Regulations.

The regulation determines the types and scope of services provided electronically on the website https://savvaflowers.pl/, the rules for the provision of these services, the conditions for concluding and terminating contracts for the provision of electronic services, as well as the procedure for handling complaints.

Each Service Receiver from temporary public offices using the Electronic Services of the website https://savvaflowers.pl/ is the responsibility of the office supervising the Regulation.

In matters not covered by the Regulations, the general rules apply.

Law on Provision of Electronic Services of July 18, 2002 (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended),

Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827),

Law on the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended) and other relevant provisions of Polish law.

The administrator of personal data processed in connection with the implementation of the provisions of these rules is the Service Provider. Personal data is processed for the purposes, to the extent and on the basis of the principles set out in the privacy policy published on the website of the online store. Providing personal information is voluntary. Each person whose personal data is processed by the service provider has the right to check their content, as well as the right to update and correct them.

DEFINITIONS:

A WORKING DAY is one day from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

CONTACT FORM – a form available on the Website https://savvaflowers.pl/ that allows the Service Receiver to contact the Service Provider directly.

ORDER FORM - Electronic service, an interactive form available in the Online Store, which allows you to place an Order, in particular by adding Products to the electronic basket and determining the terms of the Sales Agreement, including the method of delivery and payment.

CUSTOMER - an individual with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally accepted regulatory enactments, also an individual with limited legal capacity; law abiding citizen; or an organizational unit without legal personality, which the law recognizes as capable; – who has entered into or intends to enter into a contract of sale with the Seller.

CIVIL CODE - Law on the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws of 1964 No. 16, item 93, as amended).

GOODS - a movable object available in the Online Store, which is the subject of the Sales Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller.

REGULATIONS - these rules of the Website.

ELECTRONIC SERVICE - a service provided by the Service Provider in electronic form to the Client through the Website.

CONSUMER RIGHTS ACT, ACT - Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014 (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827 as amended)

ORDER – the Client's Declaration of Intent submitted via the Order Form and directed directly to the conclusion of the Product Sales Agreement with the Seller.

TYPE AND CONDITIONS OF OPERATION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES IN THE INTERNET STORE

The service provider allows the use of electronic services through the website, such as:

TERMS OF SERVICE AND CONCLUSION OF SALE AGREEMENTS

The conclusion of the contract of sale between the Buyer and the Seller occurs after the Buyer has placed an order using the order form in the online store in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Regulations.

The price of the goods indicated on the website of the online store is indicated in Polish zlotys and includes taxes. To reduce the price, taking into account taxes on the product that is the subject of the order, as well as the cost of delivery (including the costs of transport, delivery and postal services) and other costs, as well as the cost of delivery on the website of the Online Store when placing an order, including the desire to be bound by the contract of sale at the time of sale to the buyer.

The procedure for concluding a sales contract in the online store using the order form

The conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller occurs after the Buyer has placed an Order in the online store in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Regulations.

After placing the Order, the Seller immediately accepts his receipt and accepts orders for execution. Confirmation of the order and its acceptance for the implementation of the price by the Seller by sending the Buyer an appropriate e-mail to the buyer's address specified when placing the order, which contains at least the Seller's statements about the order and its acceptance for sale and confirmation of the Sales price. As soon as the buyer receives the last e-mail, a contract of sale is concluded between the buyer and the seller.

The content of the concluded sales contract is recorded, protected and made available to the buyer by posting these provisions on the website of the online store and sending an e-mail to the buyer.

METHODS AND TIME OF PAYMENT FOR THE ORDER

The Service Provider provides the Service Receiver with payment methods in accordance with the sales contract:

-Payment by bank transfer to the bank account of the Service Provider.

-Cash payment upon pickup from the store

-Electronic payments through the website PayU.pl – possible current payment methods are indicated on the website of the online store.

Settlements for transactions with electronic payments and payment cards are carried out at the option of the Client through the website PayU.pl. The service of electronic payments and payment cards is provided by:

If the Service Receiver chooses to pay in cash upon collection, the Service Receiver is obliged to pay on delivery.

DELIVERY METHODS AND DATE OF ORDER RECEIVING

Delivery of goods to the buyer is paid, unless otherwise provided by the contract of sale. The cost of delivery of the goods (including the costs of transportation, delivery and postal services) is indicated to the Customer on the website of the Online Store on the information tab on shipping costs and when placing an order, including when the customer expresses his desire to be bound by the contract of sale.

The seller provides the buyer with the following methods of delivery or receipt of goods:

-Courier delivery.

The date of delivery of the goods to the customer is agreed with the customer on a specific day and time each time.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

In the above email, please provide as much information and circumstances as possible regarding the subject matter of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the violation and contact details. The information provided will greatly facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider.

Consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider occurs immediately, no later than within 24 hours from the date of conclusion of the contract. If the Service Provider is unable to complete the order due to its own fault, it will refund the full cost of the order to the customer. If the Service Receiver refuses to accept the parcel, the Service Provider is not at fault and the order is considered completed.

The Service Provider's response to the complaint is sent to the Customer's e-mail address specified in the complaint, or in another way specified by the Customer.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content posted on the website https://savvaflowers.pl/ is copyrighted and is the property of https://savvaflowers.pl/. The Service Receiver is fully responsible for the damage caused to the Service Provider as a result of using any content on the website https://savvaflowers.pl/ without the consent of the Service Provider.

Any use by anyone without the express written consent of the Service Provider of any of the elements that make up the content and content of the website https://savvaflowers.pl/ is an infringement of the copyright of the Service Provider and entails civil and criminal liability.

CONCLUSION

Agreements entered into through the Website are concluded in accordance with the laws of Poland.

In the event that any part of the Rules is inconsistent with the current legislation, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply instead of the disputed provision of the Rules.
